Masa Madre Artisanal Bakery is a fully permitted and licensed Cottage Food Operation. Products include artisanal sourdough and several varieties of cookies. Specialty sugar cookies for special events are available by pre-order. Weekly product pick-ups and pop-up sales at Melody Park at 5935 E. Shields Avenue in Fresno on each Friday and Monday between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm; special order pick-up's can be arranged in advance outside of our regular pick-up schedule.
